She is certified in Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition coaching, American Council on Exercise Personal Training, National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training, NASM Pre and Post Natal Training, ACSM Personal Training, Peak Pilates Reformer, Tower and Mat, YogaFit/Beth Shaw Yoga, pre/Post Natal yoga/pilates and even Toddler Yoga!
